A roof window installation comprises the following elements:

2. A flashing system appropriate to a specific roof type (critical as results in a leak free installation
3. Appropriate opening mechanism i.e. electric, manual, extended rod opener or latch
4. Light well and beading, which finishes the ceiling to the window (optional)
5. Blind (optional)

A skylight installation comprises the following elements:

1. A skylight
2. A flashing system appropriate to a specific roof type (critical as results in a leak free installation
3. Light well and beading, which finishes the ceiling to the skylight (optional)
4. Blind (optional)
